The RF Explorer 6G Combo is a handheld digital spectrum analyzer. The 6G Combo covers from 15 – 2700 MHz and 4850 – 6100 MHz.
The RF Explorer brand of handheld digital spectrum analyzers is a very affordable RF tool. Because the Model 6G is a such a great tool, it is perfect for measuring RF spectrum in all of the most popular frequency bands. This affordable device is convenient and compact without sacrificing performance. Because of it’s low power consumption, it can run 16+ hours on a single charge of the internal Lithium-ion polymer battery. Therefore, it is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Also, you can gain additional functionality by connecting it to the USB port of a PC.
This model includes a 3G base unit and a 6G Expansion Module. It has two SMA connectors and comes with the following three antennas:
- Nagoya NA-773 wide-band telescopic antenna for all Sub-GHz frequencies
- Whip helical antenna for the 2.4GHz band
- Rubber duck antenna for the 5.8GHz band.
